Non-Emergency Medical Transport From Greene County, PA
Rob Cannon opened ATS on January 1, 2025, after Greene County lost its non-emergency transport service. Today the company provides wheelchair, stretcher, and ambulatory transport across five counties in southwestern Pennsylvania.
Why Rob Started ATS
The local EMS service that handled non-emergency transport in Greene County closed abruptly. The county’s taxi service had shut down years before. Many residents, especially older people and people with disabilities, were left with no way to get to dialysis, a doctor’s appointment, or home from the hospital.
Rob comes from an EMS background, so he understood what the closure meant for someone who needs dialysis three times a week or a trip home after a hospital stay.
ATS opened on January 1, 2025, under Emergency Authority from the PA PUC.

The Owner
Rob Cannon, Owner
Rob Cannon is the founder and CEO of ATS. Before starting it, he spent 14 years as a paramedic. His roles included Operations Supervisor and Deputy Director at Ambulance and Chair EMS, Operations Supervisor at EMS Southwest, Advanced Response Specialist with UPMC Prehospital Care, and tactical paramedic with a regional SWAT team. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his family, youth sports, community activities, and golf. As he puts it, “We intend to provide a reliable and professional service that will allow us to be generous and good stewards of the gifts we have been given.”
Our Team
Meet the People Behind ATS
These are some of the people who run ATS and drive its trips.

Operations Manager
Bob Cannon
Bob joined ATS in 2025 and oversees dispatch, vehicle maintenance, and daily operations. Before ATS, he spent more than 17 years as a construction manager in the cell tower industry, and he brings that management experience to the team.

Crew Chief
Frank Bell
Frank has been with ATS since it opened in January 2025. He drives, helps oversee daily operations, and is the driver patients ask for most. He spent 8 years at EMS Southwest and also worked as an Emergency Vehicle Operator at Ambulance and Chair EMS. Off duty, he volunteers as a firefighter with Center Township VFD in Rogersville and roots for the Steelers.

Paratransit Driver
Caleb Schuricht
Caleb joined ATS in March 2026. He’s originally from Colorado and moved to southwestern PA when he met his wife. He worked for a local tire delivery company before ATS and spent a lot of time on the road. He likes getting to know the people he drives and hearing their stories. Outside work, he enjoys hockey, college football, and Bible study.

Trips don't stop at 5 PM or for Christmas, and winter weather only holds them up when the roads aren't safe to drive.
Anyone Who Needs a Trip
ATS transports anyone with a non-emergency medical need, young or old, whatever their mobility level.
